Dun be scaremonger lah..... everyone is welcome as long as you are not deaf n dumb. Communication wise should not be a problem as Mudlanders are often fluent in many dialects & languages.
But I agree with your point about those act sikit atas guys who only want to speak english. Sometimes the locals purposely refuse to use english with these guys even tho they can speak/read in the english language.
So please be humble and dun try to show your Singkie superiority over the locals..... they will whack you if you overdo it and insult them.
