I am not sure abt this : last time when doing bodybuilding, took many protein for muscle building n recovery purpose. N it did help me prolong the time to shoot out :P. Not sure whether is there any proof on this issue.
Now I only 34, seldom see my didi mara kita in the morning liao

it really depends wad ur body need. Must 1st find out wad ur body need inordes to perform well. Time to start understanding urself.

Consume something tat ur body don't need or detest will back fire like lau sai. Diff ppl lack diff things. Some of them might not be consumables
