Very surprise to hear such statement. A very common understanding is tat waitress job is to ask for flower for singer while thdy sing. This is how all of then can survive. If u find tat pressurising. There r 2 things u can do
1 stop going to hfj. Stay at home or drink at kopitiam so no one will ask u hang flower.
2 dun ask for any singer to sit with u. Even if manager or mamasan recommend, just turn them down politely. No one will force u to sit.
But if u choose to go hfj n sit singer, then its time u grow up n stop whining like a boy.

Bro, maybe you are those rich guy with too much cash to throw so you dont mind the waitress pressing you to hang flower for every song the singer sing. Yes, it is their job to ask for flower but dont you think asking flower for every song is too much? For exemple, one nite the singer will sing at least 5 songs, $100 per song and how much will it be if you are the regular there? work out the sum before you think you have grown up. If you think this is the way hfj works then you are wrong. This will scare all the guest away, if you like the singer dont need to press for flower, automatic you will hang. You hang willingly is better than force to hang.

Of cause, if you want to stick your neck out, they will be more then happy.

n maybe i can share with u something. not just these 2 ways.
i usually will just tell them to wait for my call n not call me. but our bro cx isa nice guy that dosent wanna reject ppl thats why he feel pressed.
i can also sit with singers n dun hang everytime but occassionally hang few hundred at one go. singers are not ktv gals. not every time sit must tip. even ktv gal also not everytime sit must tip. if u have to tip/hang everytime, then maybe an issue of crediblity. ppl want u term cash....

We go hfj to relax and for entertainment, anything extra will be a bonus. No point going there to be treated like a carrot head. You like the singer, you support, at the end you happy. Why being force to hang and make yourself miserable/pressurised?

Waitress pester u just say hang later. They give you dirty look then complain boss. If boss also give you dirty look then boycott the joint. ha ha

I think waitress will be happier if you tip them rather than hang flower for the singer. HFJ guru say tip the waitress/mgr well and they will be your eyes and ears to keep ur singer in checks. Much truth in it.

Once u are a regular and the wait staff know your fav singers.... they should eventually back off their pestering.

Having said that, hanging flower at every song not very integlligent strategy. ROI won't be good..... the key is still the PPC.
