2nd and 4th no show.

Yo bros, you guys mis-read (read attached quote on top).

I wrote "2nd no-show", which was my 4th visit. Not 2nd visit.
Have not visited since the recent 4th visit, which resulted in the 2nd no-show.
1st visit- show, 2nd- no show, 3rd- show, 4th- no show, ie "2nd no show my most recent ."
Not sure how else I could have worded it to prevent misunderstanding....
