modus operandi of HFJ

singer sits with you uninvited or maybe mummy/mgr intro
knowing you won't be rude to tell her go away
singer make small talk
later during PPC
waitresses/waiters/mummy/manager/other singers will harass you to buy a flower or banner for the uninvited singer
PPC is a time for HFJ to ask/demand/cajole $ from the clients present
it is a most important time for the HFJ to cover their operating expenses

but singer with big-timer supporter is not keen on PPC as she already getting tonnes of dough in their private affair

however for their "show" just before they go back to China for a while or when they are in Sing on their birthday, then it is a matter of face for the singer to get $$$ from big supporter

This HFJ is in Selegie road & the minimum cost of flowers is $20.
This place operate a bit like gangster joint, the singers & waitresses are quite rude except the manageress are friendly.

I wun share more but the singers are wild inside the KTV rooms & can go ST at a price, you guys can explore there more

It seems to operate differently here in Shanghai, where the managers/MC (主持) will arrange for 2-3 rotations of singing, dancing and even jokes-telling (so far always dirty ones), each rotation with different songs, dances and jokes.

Some big shots even give flowers to the managers/MC for their jokes-telling sessions (normally they do it, but sometimes they bring in a singer to tell jokes with them), and even for the dancers, not just the singers.

The performance sessions normally begin at about 2200 (although the bar opens at 2000) and end at about midnight, depending on the number of clients present.

I believe the rotations should be similar to the 排排唱 here. And so far I have yet to encounter pressures by management to give, although it is a matter of "face" to support the singer who counts you as a "friend".

Dynasty Classic has a new batch of dancers that started dancing on Monday. The new batch are more petite, 2 of them not bad looking. The previous batch are taller and bigger size so look big on stage.

Will check them out. All from Jilin.
