3rd covid case in the squad. Hopefully no more. Looking at the Brewster transfer, I cannot remember any Liverpool player who was loaned out and then come back to stake a place in the squad. We tend to loan out, increase their visibility and then sell them for a higher price. Can you all recall anyone who was loaned out and came back to be part of the squad? If not, next time we read about a player being loaned out, we can roughly tell he has no long term future in the club.

Brewster was loaned out and sold with buy back clause.

Brewster wanted more playing time and so have to sell. Also as a striker, he has no chance to play for Liverpool except domestic Cup competition. Even that does any of the players stand out to be considered except maybe Curtis Jones.

Curtis Jones is midfielder and have better chance to paly for Liverpool as bench player.
