I know what kind of business you are in and hence believe in your judgement. On the other hand, as a layman, I think such an endeavour would require a lot of effort on the Chinese authority. It might work if the girl registered with the authority as a KTV girl, otherwise?

Otherwise, they will be caught and jailed during the regular ktv checks by the police. As long as a ktv girl is registered and have a RFID card, she has the license to accompany you in the ktv. If a girl do not register, then she is an illegal worker, so have to run during the police check. Most of the girls in BJ ktvs are holding the RFID card now.

Having the RFID card give you the permission to work in KTV... but does it also permit you to work as prositution ? I wonder how the tax structure would be for these KTV gals ?
