Jogging Ladies

This is not science so no right or wrong answer. Women who are A cup doesn’t really matter since their cup size is small. If not all the males will needs to wear bra when they jog. Of course don’t expect someone with F or G cup to go braless. It doesn’t make sense unless their top is so padded and tight.

A lot is about perception. If I go shopping with my MIL, then I will make sure I cover up properly (long pants and no revealing dressing). Sometimes kana scolded by ppl for being too revealing. The place I jog is quiet and I usually heads off before sunrise where it is dark. I also make it a habit to jog alone although many people wants to accompany me.

My philosophy in life is “just do what you like”. Life is already so complicated, no need to make it too complex.

Are running clubs a good way to make more female friends and perhaps more? If not, how else to know more hot ladies?

Singapore is so safe. Don’t really need. So far I feel safe even if I run in China, Japan, Thailand and Europe: I always carrying my running attire when I travel unless it is a short business trip.
Dont quite like that because a lot of entertainment and all these disrupts my regime. Worry I gain weight

Actually Singapore is quite nice apart from being too hot. Jap, China is not bad during spring and autumn. Bali is quite nice too if you head to Ubud. Europe have some nice places in certain weather. 1 place I like a lot is Holland.

If I only can choose 1 place, I would say Singapore. I twisted my ankle in some places before. The road uneven and potholes are common.

One nightmare place that I ran outdoors was Dubai. Big mistake. Very hot and dry. Gets tired very quickly.

Plus, I look like an alien cos I am the only clown that is running.

Sg, still got some areas the road are uneven. Just be sure you keep a lookout, i sprang my ankle before when i jog few months back. Its my fault cause my eyes are on 1 nice looking lady jogging and i didnt see the uneven road, thats why i tripped and sprang my ankle.

I live in Dubai for 3 years or so. My favourite place to run during winter is around Downtown, Business Bay and Dubai Creek. And weekends will be at the deserts in Maleha, Al Qudra, Wadi Showka

So, it's not a mistake if you know the place and timing to run. In summer, it's early morning, 5am and evening in the gym thread mills.

Shold have known you earlier. I was on a business trip there for nearly a week so did not have so much time to explore.

After that single experience, I end up running in the hotel thread mills.

Nowadays, to add spark to my jogging routine, I will drive to weird places to jog—new scenery, more motivated to run.

Because of that, I have my phone with me in case I get lost and cannot find my way back to the car and still can call Grab.

Since I have the phone, logically, I will take more photos. But I notice I end up taking pictures of animals, plants etc.

Why? Very often, you see a group of girls crowd around it and take pictures. You can join in and start a conversation quickly.

Ya Singapore is too damn hot and humid. I want to try jogging in those cold weather countries. It sure feels much better.

Lately didn’t manage to jog as frequent. Can’t swim also. Weather really bad hence have to head for the gym instead. I hate thread mills. Argh……

I used to run very early morning, like 5:30am for an hour before prep for work. But have to sleep early, by 11pm...Fine morning is coolest and air fresher too.

Condo have a gym but I only use the thread mill with weight vest and elevated to simulate mountain climbing. It can get boring but with headphones and podcasts on, time sure flies fast.

Make exercise a lifestyle, which many could not, not hard actually. I exercise (run, swim, gym) at least 6 days a week.
