I think this have to really base on gut feeling imo. Example, does the gal always reply your messages? Either immediately when she is free or 1 to 2 hours later when she is at work? And does the message exchange seems 1 sided? Does she always reserve her time for you? Does she heart to heart talk with you? Talking about past, her family etc? I am just base on experience.
