The word "backpacker area" is quite misleading. There are hotels there ranging from 0 to 3-stars. The 3-star ones like Vien Dong have regular big hotel reception area... no staff will be sleeping in the lounge for sure.

If you want slightly better ones, choose the area around Ben Thanh market rather than Bui Vien (which is the heart of PNL).

I think I will not hesitate to stand forward to identify a scam if it can help people to avoid it. If nobody have claim met him before, then how you know he scam anyone? It is as good as "Talk Cock Sing Song".

I try this food in Singapore before, the taste really bad.
At Cambodia border near Vietnam, this food is sold for US$1 and very tasty.

I have visited Geylang once or twice to try their herbal soups & other famous dishes. U should try it if you claimed to have never been there.

As for the pimp, u must either be his clone or customer. If not, how would u be certain he never scammed anyone? Most ppl on this forum already knows abt him and I do not need to elaborate further.

- You have never met him either (or so u claim) so it's also not fair for u to feel protective over him... no?

*If u really wanna know the facts, here they are:
1) He is spreading misleading lies abt VN. The photos he posted insinuate that he knows the gals personally, but the gals are actually from the vn sex forums.
