What I usually do is raw with by FB, but withdraw before I cum. Put on cap, and continue bonking. That way, I get the great sensation of doing it raw, but is still quite safe in terms of contraception.

Should be safe as long as the woman's period is regular. Been doing raw 3-4days before my gf's period and 3-4days after for almost 2 years liao. So far no accidents.

Research is to proof the objective of the doing the research.
Which mean if the objective is to proof condom is 99% safe, they will find mean and ways to make it hit 99% and the balance 1% could be manufacture fault or what sort ever. However the process is tedious....

Regardless... before/after menses.. It is also good to be safe than sorry.
