I read somewhere. Esp for long term relationship, anything after 3-4 years is considered long term. Mine 7 years but biatch kept saying was 6years. I've been there after killing a 5 year relationship.

what worked
1. Exercising and getting a routine to get swol.
2. Doing things I wanted to do but never had the commitment. Write 10 things you want to try in your life time. Out of the 10 choose 3 that you must do and set plan to do it this year.

After starting 1 and 2 you will get over the heartache faster.

What did not work for me
1. I went on a fuckfest. If anything I learn pussy can also be bad.
2. Alcohol. It's a short term solution and a bad long term solution.
3. Friends. They can't help you, you're on your own to solve your own problem here.

Thank you bro for clarification. I can understand how you feel. In a similar situation myself. I am changing myself to be a better person. I don't contact her now, not completely yet but cutting down a lot. Now only 2 text per day. Aim to 1 and 0 by this week. Just focus on my career.
