I strongly believe that the Police knows what is happening inside HC/TN. Maybe some of them will also visit these places. The fact is, most of the time, the won't raid unless complaints. They fine ppl who dun write their real name is because if Aids or maybe Dengue breaks out in that joint, they wanna to be able to contact you and do some Damage Control!!

From what I understand, many ppl just anyhow scribble their name on the book. I do so too. Miss a number here and there...

as with all dealings with cops when you are in the grey zone, it's up to the cop's mood and discretion.

like when they charge gangster with tax evasion, it's because they cannot prove murder and pin drug-peddling on him. this no so big deal of course, but maybe if you buay song the cop, then he got reason to hantam you.

I heard from a colleague, who is a reservist police officer.. You do have to call a next of kin to come & bail you out if kena caught. And if you are married, then that NOK is your wife... Jialat like that..

Same thing like if kena caught in GL with the FLs.
