I think the first thing to do is to gather more information.

1. Whether she is singaporean, prc, malaysian (actually i dunno the difference between singaporean and malaysian haha).

2. Where is her husband? Overseas? or just at work? Long hours?

3. If she has any other interests etc?

Then you will need to find a reason to establish contact... Dog excuse is good but buy dog is quite expensive hor... If you can lie and act really well.. go steal a pic of a dog and then walk ard asking if she has seen this dog, hahaa, act distraught and get her sympathy..., maybe if she v free she will go ard and help you look for it... then can spend time together hahaha...
