This is a rip off. They have to provide customer service. A small piece of screw is part of customer service. It is just like buying air con.. They give u years of maintenance including guarantee parts. When u give this kind of customer service, i will give u business

first, you must see does the brand of your glasses give warranty; did you receive a warranty card in the first place? Second, please read the term and condition before you expect free service from any shop you fancy or convenience to you. most OEM warranty will not cover fair wear and tear or personal negligence. so your lost/missing screw, does it fall under poor workmanship or fair wear and tear or negligence?if the case is not clear, then the warranty dont cover lor. third, i believe it does state the specific location or authorized shop for warranty repair. Fourth, did you bring your warranty card and receipt to show the shop, which is a standard requirement if you are expecting a free warranty services.

Now, if you just bought a IPHONE 6, which is definitely less than 1 year old, and the battery is spoil, do you go to any shop convenience to/ Apple store/ one of the telco shop?
If you go to the telco, they will be kind enuf to direct you to apple service location. if you go to neighbourhood stores, some not so kind one, esp under Joven Chew one, will just change the battery for you and charge you one large fee.

So please think about their overhead cost, rental cost and operating cost, plus people also have mouth to feed before you come here and bitch like a pussy.

This screw case look serious, I suggest it must report to CASE and ministry of trade. Maybe they can advise how to screw, where to screw , right time to screw, market price to screwing, since they hv experience deal with shop in Sim Lim Square.
