Similar situation! Started out great--went to good--now just OK. Moved from a cash only transaction to a gift, to no cash. But has cooled considerably. Would like to keep the sex good but move back into a cash only situation. Does anyone have any advice on this? It never was an exclusive either way as she is a KTV girl and does work.. mrclen

You really need to decide where you feel the line is drawn and proceed from there, in my opinion.
You COULD give it a chance and go with the path that works for you (The former option) since it's "fair game" like you've stated. You shouldn't really shit where you eat, and while it's harsh I don't think you ought to be playing the nice guy IF (really, really big IF) she's actually the one leading you on instead.
