One of the meimei from Accounts suggested that you may wanna keep a record of all the "da baos" - Date/Name/Description/Amount - And bill your colleagues every Monday morning before lunch time. They must settle previous week "invoices" before fresh orders

People from different industries will have different ways of handling this situation. Luckily you are talking to Your accounts meimei suggested billing weekly. If earlier you talked to your police meimeis, these guys might be in lock-up now

My office used to hold monthly staff gatherings at our boss home. Sometimes the ladies short of kaki for their mahjong game would ask me to make up the quartet. These ladies lose already would say settle on payday but would conveniently forget about the debt when payday arrives.

Subsequently I came to realize why the rest of the staff would not play with these group of ladies. They have been doing this to every new staff that joined the office. Some guys still have not collected their winnings despite being 5 years on the job now.
