Food: Do & Me
Location: Ground floor of Famosa Hotel
Review: This place is considered a bit up market in BT ... 2 sets of chicken chop or fish & chips with orang juice will set you back Rp60,000+ ... Definitely not value for money as the price is comparable to SG hawker centres ... And it doesn't taste good ... Only plus point is that place has air-con (moderate) ... FYI, Nagoya Food Court also has a western food store.

Recommended Food
Try the murtabak keju (cheese pancake). Come in different fillings such as peanut, chocolate etc, much like our mee chiam kueh. Available at the stall in Lucky Plaza and the one beside Nagoya Plaza Hotel.
Mickey Bah Kut Teh at the coffeeshop next to Lucky Plaza. The bah kut teh sisters not bad looking leh. Across the road there was a restaurant selling Teochew muay, don't know still there or not.

Food: Indo Rasa
Location: Along Jalan Imam Bonjol. Across Hotel Nagoya Plaza.
Review: Its a coffee shop. Mostly patronised by local chinese and Singaporeans. Stalls selling SG food like yong dao hu, chicken/char siew rice, chap chai rice, porridge, bak kut teh, etc. Price comparable to SG hawker centre. There is a cabinet selling cakes and a table selling sugar cane, don't buy!!! You'll know why when you see it!!! This place is very run down!!!

Steak House beside Harmoni Hotel
cosy ambience to have dinner in this restaurant, reasonable price and i would recommend chicken chop (rp12000) and lamb chop (rp32000), if you like, can start with your favourite soup and ends with a coffee or dessert.. is something like jack's place in batam.. hehe
by the way, is beside harmoni hotel and behind mcdonald's cheers |
