I got ex ml /wl my ex regular divorce with son even sponser her on visa keep asking remit money to her, say 穷, family sick 生病 blah blah so many problems RTC already promise to come Singapore manage get her overseas & return sg once. Keep asking for money first, promise many things but not yet fulfilled. Threaten to remit more money to her otherwise the previous remittances she cannot come.

I got her passport, ID , divorce certificate, her photo , son photo , overseas address . Cos she keep threatening if I don’t send her money I will lose the previous remittance thus I left with 2 options 1.) Sue her in overseas courts 2.) post her details on sammyboy. What you guys think ? Tough Kc

Well she swear to God saying she need the money first later if she no come Singapore kenna bang by car. Then many of the conversations asking for money & promise something the court will take in consideration whether is a remittance scam ?

I have all the photos passport but she threaten me back she can counter sue back for posting online . Then my china lawyer say don’t go this option go court if she never attend she can’t leave the country. Her past working photos still okay

Yea cos last few times she attempt to ask me remit money again & again I refuse so she cancel her last appointment told her is a transaction not the way to do business. She say return money when she become rich . I told her wait till when best we resolve this in Chinese courts. My Chinese lawyer will attend & if she don’t attend the courts will not allow her to leave the country

Yeah buddy. I know its tough as its emotional too.

But with absolutely no feelings for her and I read your posts ... it does seem like she has no intention of ever paying you back ... and is just stringing along as long and as much as she can.

If I am indebted to a person ... I will ensure I pay back. Not trying to threaten instead. This sounds almost similar to gambling person who says ... one more chance ... I win I can pay you back double.

Please do highly consider to cut and walk away. Not to focus on what you have lost ... but rather how much you are gonna save from now moving forward not lending her any more.
