Novotel was good massage first time and lady was very nice and didnt mind what was paid for extras. The second time the girl tried to get me to tip her $100. So that kinda ruined the experience in the end. I will try Chatrium next. Any idea on tips?

The spas from Chatrium Novotel Sedona aare under the same management and girls are mostly rotated after a period of time.
Don't go for more than 100$. They are almost the same rate everywhere within these spas.
Just negotiate, they will give in. Don't let small head do the talking during the crucial moments though lol.
