Can't really put it that way. In scenarios whereby public holidays are placed near weekends people tend to take leave before and after the day itself in order to make it a super long weekend. What's more its the end of the year, plenty of people clearing this annual leave.. I took leave on the 12th and 14th myself. If you wanna go on the 13th can. Best advise I can give you is, arrive at harborfront terminal counter at 6.30(that's the time they open, if you're Malaysian I can't assist as Idk the opening hours there). Rest assured by 6.30 there may alrdy be a short Q. Have your transport ready to pick you up by the time you arrive at TBK terminal, try to be amOngst the first to alight from ferry and get your driver to bring you to villa first instead of hotel first. The rest all depends on luck.

hmm... i plan to go massage first then go ktv drink... next morning then go ruko or villa... 6.30 go there a bit lugi for the LT le..

Then go last ferry lah. Reach TBK can do ur ktv drink session and go massage as well. Next morning even b4 first ferry arrive TBK, u oreidi at Villa. Ur the earliest bird. But dont be kiasu and be at Villa too early too. Cos tere may not be many worms yet.

Is drug use as rampant in Balai as in Batam? In Batam, it's line even the joint okt even sell pills to their own girls. And once step into disco, almost immediately girl will ask for money to buy drugs.
