gizbabe, i think your current physique, while impressive, is just a little overdone.
I like the definition but you do seem a trifle too thin. if your edges were just a bit softer that would be perfect imho. unless you're going for the POW look.

oo pump as in weight training classes? are they any good? (besides the presence of your eye candy trainer XD) I'm been meaning to learn how to properly train with weights for a while now but i've been busy with gymnastics instead.

Pilates... oh my. it depends on your instructor but that stuff can kill. though to be fair the classes i tried... i tried after i got my ass whooped in parkour or gymnastics... or both. there's this lady instructor at one wellness; monica i think her name is, who is really good.

Parkour is handy when you are in b1, your car is park on lvl 5 and your gf left her bag in the car.

I am going to boycott all pump classes until those idiots who suddenly got inspired to lose weight after all the christmas buffets and new year drinking. All act strong, but end up taking 1kg plates.

Now i prefer Pilates, one mat is enough.

The last time I go high on combat for... 3-4 times a week, I lost xxkg in a month.

People around me freaked out because they are shocked that all my pants and skirt doesn't fit anymore.
