Bro KLKOOL you are right, finding a person in humen is not easy. Although humen is not that big compare to other towns, but it is not small either, it is about 1 million population if includes those non registered residents.


Previously I was helping my friend on the fashion/clothing sourcing, get to know few contacts there, if bro Simnon u don't mind, u may forward her name and will try to help.


Came to know one of my friend's friend (local) who is a landlord of 6 shop lots at humen, bloody rich, having 3 at Huanghe, 2 at Fuming, 1 at women's street. Accoring to him, his monthly rental collection is at least 20K per lot, that is at least 120K per month... Although it is in RMB, but still, a lot!

Only 2 places got flower street in cp, tao yuan & amazon.

tian er hu is now having the construction of the new building, n heard they may introduce the flower street after the new building open... not too sure how true it is... n it will take sometime for the construction to finish...

Yo Bro, amazon ktv is very close to jiayi, walkable distance.

amazon is a name of the ktv, the hotel name is fan-er-sai or versailles hotel (梵尔赛酒店), just like jiayi hotel n tao yuan ktv.

u can just tell the driver fan-er-sai ktv, they will know how to reach there.

except jiayi n amazon, the rest of the ktv in cp r very traditional, where the mummy brings the girl to the room, line up for u to choose.

i usually go jiayi, miraton, amazon, bandao n virgin.

not huihua, huimei n huatai.
seems like those start with "H" are not matched me... but it does not mean they r not good, just that mayb my luck is not matched with "H"... got bad experiences in these ktvs... anyway, long story to tell...

hutai is having the new construction n they r expending their ktv to 4th & 5th floors, so it will have 3 floors for ktv n heard the total rooms is close to 70. mayb will explore to it on my next trip...

Yo Bro, to my personal cp renting experience, suggest u to stay either at JinHui (金匯) or ManKeDun (曼克頓).

Both conditions r ok, n safer. JinHui is the one that opposite Miratan n next to Huatai hotel, where the 1st floor is the mc donalds n shopping mall. the location is very central.

Yo bro, generally (i mean in general, but not always ya) if u pay rmb 2000 n above, u should be able to have the room with the necessary facilities.

but sometimes this is quite subjective. previously i even came across 1 bed room type at JinHui, the owner wanna rent me for rmb 1900, the room was solid with nice reno n full with nice furnish.

i would say, the furnitures n renovation r subjected to the landlord. u may hv to explore yourself a bit.

for foreigner, most of the real estate agent or the landlord will try their best to chop u, the most common one is they may request 1 year contract with 2 months deposits. but u can nego to only 1 month deposit n without any contract, so that u can move out with 1 month advance notice n get your deposit back.

but again, this is subjected to your nego skills...
