I dunno what's the penalty for that but I was caught and was fine for throwing my cigg butt at the m'sia custom while waiting for my friend.....

Did it on a saturday, was studying at the library before main exams. me n gf went for a smoke there, normally got bunch of regular smokers u always see on weekdays. but satuday no one, so decided to 'fool around'.. haha plus the stairs got lot of echo, can still remember me trying to cover her mouth with my shirt! haha, those were the days
