IMO VIP business has come down due to 3 reasons...
1. Recent price increase
2. More Spas opening up (Now about 7 Main Spas in JB, not including all the smaller Spas in shophouses)
3. More FL operators competing for customer base, even offering Happy Hour promotions

Also borders have reopened, many bros can go to Thailand too. Playing field is bigger so customer base has become more spread out with more choices.

I think VIP’s competitive advantage is that they mirror the chicks and there is a fairly significant number of options with acceptable average quality and service. But the hardware and food are horrible.

For biggest pool with less people, NZ Spa at Zon is a good recommendation.
Lineup only about 6-8 girls, but captain will bring in more as business picks up.

Hello guys, have been a lurker on SBF for a long time. I would like to thank everyone here, for being so helpful and sharing information willingly for bros here. Really nice community.

After so long of reading, I finally have something to share. I(chinese) went to HV spa today with a friend(indian) and here is our experience. Indian bros, you should be fine if you have someone there who can translate for you, there was no discrimination whatsoever for my friend.

Once you reach HV spa you will be directed to place your belongings in a box which will be put into a safe. The key and a number tag will be given to you in a form of a bracelet. You can bring cigarette/vape and phone with you. You then change into the provided attire and then you are free to explore the different facilities.

My friend and I then went to the cafeteria area and shortly after, a captain came to us and asked if we want to choose the lady. We chose from his phone and then wait for him to call us when its our turn.

The captain will tell you how long you need to wait for the lady of your choice. I waited about 20 mins before it was my turn and my friend waited only 5 mins. There was definitely a lot more customers than girls so a wait time should be expected.

I chose no.666 as she looked the decent and had the biggest tits but was greatly disappointed when she came into the room... She looked young, maybe late 20s but was not very similar to the image. She wasnt very friendly and she did a very bare minimum bbbj followed by fj with condom. I wouldnt recommend her.

My friend chose no.696 and he reported that she was super friendly and even was capable of providing better than average massage before bbbj. She definitely was good at the gfe area. Her face need to minus abit points compared to the image but her body was nice. He say that he will rtf if can.

After this we were still itching for a good proper massage so we went to look for the same captain and asked for it. We were led into the room and then an aunty came in. Wah, for me this was the highlight because the massage was really good. The aunty then asked me if i want to do juagen, i didn't know what that was so she explained and i decided to proceed. Juagen was weird but apparently it is good for men's health.

My friend has a similar experience except that he got a handjob after Juagen. That was pretty funny cuz the aunty was 50+ and the juagen wasn't sexual at all.

In conclusion, i would was this was a pretty good experience and the captains were friendly and nice.

I went to Paris spa over the weekend. Glad to see them reopened. Place is clean and since it is newly opened, everything feels new. There are also quite a number of girls and the service was very reasonable with the package. The OKT was very friendly and the food was also considered good. Most importantly the location is very convenient with CW6 from BoonLay. I definitely will go again.

So many Spas maybe JB can rival BKK soon. So many joints and prices for customers are likely to come down otherwise Spa will lose business fast to other competitor spas in the market. More previous Spas from pre pandemic period are still opening up and many girls keep coming in from neighboring countries to work

I tried both HV spa and VIP Spa for the 1st time recently.

HV Spa has better facilities but girls cui, no service. The manager say need to ask his recommendation for good service girls.

Vip Spa facilities cui. Cui to the max. Food sucks real bad. You go after 5pm no more food liao. Tea taste like longkang water, clothes given smelly like 10 years never wash. But girls so far very good. Good service better than HV

I will return to Vip because of the quality of the girls.

Will try to visit the old spas that I know like NY and Zon soon.

Situation now in JB is very different from pre-covid times.... many empty shops inside the malls. Even the popular malls like KSL/City Square/Aeon are like ghost towns with hardly any shoppers on most days.
The only businesses thriving are the spas / fuckshops & the petrol stations.
