When Thai girls use your toilets, they don't flush down their toilet papers, they throw the used toilet papers in the rubbish cans next to toilets. It's gross and unsanitary! In US, we never throw the used toilet papers in the rubbish cans, we flush down the toilet! I've seen working and nonworking girls throwing their used toilet papers in the rubbish cans. Is it due to lack of water pressure in the toilets in their homes. But in hotels or service apartments I've stayed, the water pressure is okay. Any comment?

As far as I know, this happens only in the country side when i visited the province. And it's like those villages that i m talking about without electricity in the toilet or proper sanitary system. In modern bangkok, the sanitary system is able to handle toilet papers being flushed down the toilet.

Just my opinion, although I'm no plumber.

I reckon that it is due to the unefficiency of the sewage system. I have asked some of my thai friends, and they said it is because after awhile of flushing down the toilet, it gets stuck...I think that this is partly due to the way the sewage system in thailand is designed.

Frankly, I have been living in Thailand for 5 years now, and I have flushed every bit of waste paper down the toilets, and have yet to come across one that is blocked because of wastes or paper.

Ramkamheng Soi 102 is far from town but traffic is pretty good on the way to Rama 9 during the evening rush hour period as the traffic is on the other opposite direction toward Bangkapi.

LadPrao is nearer to Rachadapisek Road if you want action, if no then you can escape the rush hour traffic at Ladprao by using Kaset-Navamin Road and turn to Ramintra-Ekkamai expressway and use the Tollway. The traffic along this expressway in the evening rush hour is on the opposite toward Chokchai 4 and Soi Watcharapol.

Norice, for my apartment, it is the western toilet(sitting kind) and we have the spray hose so we use that normally. Toilet paper hardly use so.. not much comments, but personally, i would just flush it down, i cant stand the look of shit-soil toilet paper lying around in a bin next to me while i shit.

Silom area accomodation not my expertise as everything cost a premium there. i will never search for a place to live in Silom. if you ask me about cheong places there. maybe still can assist provided my knowledge not rusty yet.
