Fong Shan is a district, so it is rather difficult to find the road / shop without a proper street name. Think its better to stick to the first 2 intro, and Jiu Ru Road is the place mentioned in intro 2, so dont know how bro Brutea link Fong Shan to Jiu Ru Road as they are not near to each other, but of course it is a different story if you are taking a cab.

Can try 自然风采 in 公园路. It is a 制服店. Somehow, the price for 制服店 in taizhong is more exp than in taipei.

you also try the 台中300暢飲 but u need agent contact to access. last time I went, the room is too shabby and I left after viewing a line-up.
