Not sure if should post this here but i see some of u talk about ppc. Anyway new here. Just last week i went to ppc in the afternoon. i walk level 1-3 only lvl 3 got massage. but most foot reflexology and open concept. nothing much.

those foreign beautician is harder to extend permit, current
imposed new act. Disallow kickback to compensate the levy.

yes third floor, one or two foot joint,
