Fast food where got pay $10/hr so good? I think not even half of that....

I jus set up a customer service call centre & I am only paying my operators (mostly poly & some U-grads) $7/hr which is the market rate.....my friends runs a successful chain of pubs & he pay his SYT bartop dancing waitresses $15/hr which is very high liao.

Small time onli nia nia joint venture one somemore......got many SYTs but cannot eat & shit same place la.....I personally sacked a few guys for flirting with the girls at work.....now I tell my assistant to hire onli ladies. Not easy running own show you know sometimes I wish I am salarymen too
