Need to take taxi or uber/grab there.
However they provide free transport out from Spa out to CIQ.
Captain will usually ask if you have own transport going out, they are quite attentive to customer.

Thx! I can probably plan a half day trip there and back to sillypore on a weekend. Have some craving for viets recently and SG sucks in that area

If it's only VN Pho that you want then no need to go all the way to Amansari Spa..... they rotate and outsource their VN Phos to NY Spa and NZ Spa in JB.
You can save your travelling time and transport expenses by going to NY or NZ Spas and ask for the VN gals.
