in china, the woman's charter is not as strong as in sgp. hence most woman also LL when it comes to divorce.

True indeed.. they are more or less willingly to standby when things go wrong.. I won't comment that all are promiscuous.. I would say some of them are more forgiving in some sense..

Must agree on on the statement..

1) To be honest, I don't do things to others if I don't expect them to do to me.. marriage is when both parties have a certain mutual trust and bonding.. We don't have to practice micro management in our daily lives.. Just have to play within the rules of engagement.. We can makan all the fast food outside, however home cooked food is still the best..

2) We do admit that the women's charter is not too strong.. as the human population is so vast and complicated.. however for a good 贤妻良母 wife, I believe divorce is the last thing that would matter in terms of healthy marriage..

3) Passport to a better life.. Being faithful when you have money and able to give them a good life.. In particular, I m just a normal salaried employee of a company.. Marriage wasn't based on property, BMWs and wealth.. My OC wasn't even looking to have a better life in SG either..

True.. there were cases of women looking for bigger Gold mountains.. however we should learn to look at the root cause of the problem.. Notice that in China, most elderly or young couples have dances outside in groups in the evenings.. It looks nice as a collective effort..

If you look at them in a different perspective.. Some of their OCs even bother to do makeup and dress so elegantly.. Even though it's just a healthy sport just to work out.. They even do it in Nanjing road where so many ppl walking and seeing them..

SG should follow the PRC example where the woman's charter is concerned. ie. the wife has little or no rights at all in the marriage. This scenario is not apply to the whole of China. I believe this is a provincial law and only applies to certain parts of China. So far I know Guangxi Autonomous Region and Sichuan Province have this practice. It is not applicable to Beijing. Shanghai and the others parts of China I am not sure.
