Thanks bro! You can consider to frame up the other LP Thuat that I gave you yesterday..it was made by Wat Chianghai (Original LP Thuat temple). Your LP Thuat M16 was made by AC Nong, Wat Sai-Kao and come 2nd famous after AC Tim of Wat Chianghai (but the price.... ).
I'm wearing ac tim lp thuat 2505 (wat changhai),
Wat changhai ac tim lp thuat 2500 -2505 (the model with the "N")
cheers!
Bro,
Just stumble on this thread recently.
I so happened to chow a LP Thuat 2505 WCH (made of nur wahn), from a 70+ yr old kon thai. Can u made me id this piece? I like to know more of this piece.
Recently, also chowed 3 pieces of LP Thuat Por Por Ror from siristore in yaowarat, bkk. The materials used in making this PPR very impressive leh... anyone need can PM me.
hi thanks for the help....is it a four face buddha also? what does this amulet does?
yes bro sacs, the so call '4 face buddha' in Thailand is actually the hindu deity 'brahma' or Phra Phom as what thais call. Thailand's buddhism has a very strong Hindu or Brahmism influences and practice from India, i think it is pass down from Cambodia if im not wrong. correct me if im.
Phra Phom is a very good example but unfortunately, i can say that it is a 'forgotten' deity in actual hindusim now. other example will be like.... ganesa (the elephant god, i don't know the name in thai), hanuman (the monkey god in the hindu tale Ramayana, i think thais call thie deity the same as hindu), Lingu (im not sure if i have got the hindu name right, it is the shape of the male reproductive organ. i was told it represent lord Siva). correct me if im wrong again bros.
im a buddhist n chinese but i have been very interested in buddhism as well as hinduism.

Casing for 20 bucks is way too expensive liao...you can get the casing for only $6. Normally, I don't trust those people from pasir malam how good amulets can they have???
I prefer wearing amulets made by Long Phor Thim, Long Phor Kasem, Long Phor Obasee, Phor-Tang-Kai and etc...

thank you
All are equally good. All those Long Phor that I had mentioned are very famous and holy monk. Their stuff can be quite expensive but it is very worth it lo...try to read more about them..
I wanna buy a thai amulet for my friend (Caucasian) as a memento. Can anyone recommend where I can buy a cheap one (say $20-30)?
The criteria are that it should be authentic and it should work well.
It should also bless the wearer with general protection and perhaps money if possible.
Can you guys give me a few names for a suitable amulet and where i can buy them?
