Even if you say it is for investment purposes most financial consultants would give the investor a detailed proposal of how the money would be used to generate the rate of returns desired. As for risk, there is interest rate risk for loans which becomes due or when the interest cost rises and when property prices devalues and tenancy occupancy rate is an important factor as well, renewal of rental leases is also one of the risks which needs to be factored for consideration.

Yes it is benefitting me, the average yield is 6.355% if you invest in all 34 counters, i,ll just perform at 7% as my target since 8.314% is the highest and if she want to benefit from the investment, she can allocate more to the investment using her account for her share.

I,m not advising people to put all into one asset class, they can make their own decision for their investment, some have preference for dividend yield in equities, some for the growth for the share price and make an exit and search for other stocks to buy, i have preference for properties and to derive rental income from them, the average return if you buy all counters is 6.355 % and the highest is 8.366% today, i always target at 85% performance.

The opening of the trading account can be in the bride's name if trust is in the mind of the bride, the $600,000 and any assets for example the $150,000 would be given as gift to the groom, that is the condition to seal this marriage.
