yah started 2weeks already... doing running 4km twice a week..

wt, burpee, crunches, kettleball, climb stairs rest of other days

You said you are easily distracted by surrounding. Why not take a holiday in resort with your GF or book a hotel where you won't get distracted ? Believe you will perform better.
