no but like how do you do it? you just go to a random shop without planning to buy anything and just try to say hi or wait for them to say hi to you?

usually I would just see them in person and they start saying hi to me. if you kind enough, you buy them at least a drink. and then try to look through their TikTok id and chat them trough there first. and then you know the drill afterwards.
