yes, the VISA done can be used for any entry point in VN, but i will think its better for you to find an agent in Hanoi to do for you. I paid US$100 for the VISA last time, not sure what's the price now.

Yes, you are right bro. We need to show lots of patience and tolerance as their way of dealing with matters and their way of life is very much different from ours. Even the attitude of the people are very much different. As foreigners in their country, we should adapt ourselves to them. No matter how unhappy, try to refrain from showing anger in public. I remember when i first settled down there, i find it very disturbing when i find locals cutting queue at supermarkets cashiers. At first, i was angry. After that, i just let it be as its their way of doing things. I have all the time in the world, so if they want to cut queue, just let them lor.
haha,bro u are right,lost your cool there will get u no where.when i first went there i also get impatient especially when doing all those document to get marry there.but after knowing their way of doing things i think i just relax and follow.
best part is taking their public bus,once we are waiting a public bus to go back hcm city after visting some park.we are with her brother 2 kids,6 and 7 years old.my wife say once the bus come,she will go up the front door and i follow the 2 kids to go up the back door.the bus came but did not even stop,all people run towards and go up.
na bei,the 2 kids run with them and my wife also run to the front.they push,shove and pull with the crowd and go up.i quickly follow and go up,lose to them.when up,the 2 kids manage to get a seat.then a lady quarrel with a man and scold her why push her kid away from the seat.
argue here argue there,scold here scold there then end with some people stopping them.funny thing is they like to quarrel but normally will not end with a fight

Wah.. i tink in saigon just have to ride a bike then ask wife to hold the baby or put at the front.. its the practice mah.. aiyo u ask me take a bus, i rather take taxi.. bcos i ever take bus before.. aiyo gt people never bath .. the smell so jialat.. canot take it.

why i take bus is because i want to act like i am a stingy sg guy who cannot afford to spend the dollars to go taxi to the park which is around 1.5 hour from hcm city.my wife and the 2 kids did not complain and was happy even though after the park trip,they seem to be tired.
during the journey back,i was thinking i should take a taxi back cos after seeing them push,shove,squeeze and rush to go up to the bus to get a seat for me especially the kids.i think the kids kanna box by some adult as those adult dont care kids or not,they just push.

i think if there's money problem even before marriage, you got to think twice or thrice before marrying her. Is she with you so that she can get more money for her family? or is love the real reason being with you? You know her the best, judge for yourself.
