If you are coming in with yr gf to ROM here, you must show official letter that you have booked a date. Most of the time, its better to enter only 2 weeks earlier maximum before the actual date. They are many brothers that try to bring their gals into singapore 2 months before the actual ROM date and often they will face problem with ICA.

If no ROm, then even if you come in with her also no use. Last time its quite possible to just say you `guaranttee her' but now, they do not bother even when you say that.

Hope he won't regret his decision...heard from a frenz that his wife has got PR & able to work. anyway hope he is doing well so that he is able to return us the loan taken...haha think chance very slim

Since she is a decent gal, then put some cash into her wallet and bring her in on social visit pass lor. 2 weeks or 1 month, it depends on the ICA officer lor.

i find them no patience, everything wants fast.. fast money, fast ox, don't mind go RAW with you to get themselve pregnant in order to tie you down..... wonder why har?

I am into my 2nd year, the first few months when we started, the similar question has been raised over and over again. But recently, she sort of forgetten already, or may be tired of my various excuses ....

then use ICA's exTend.... one month extension not difficult to do, pay $30 after approval. I do until close one eye also can ....

That is their own thinking that having baby will tie a guy down. My galfriend take pills to control birth. I told my galfriend that if she happen to have a baby before we marry, she will have to abort the baby.

Gals ask similar questions over and over again is becoz they want assurance.
i.e questions like 'do you love me'.... they just want to hear us say 'i love you'

As for me, it is never an excuse.. somehow I also keep repeating my plans to her. She accepted.
