Yes SingViet is right. Ben Tre and Tra Vinh are neighbouring province, Ben Tre is on the north and Tra Vinh is on the south. Both of them belong to the Mekong Delta River Regions.

Trà Vinh, is a province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. The capital is Trà Vinh. It is at southern part of HCMC.

Tra Vinh Province comprises one town (Trà Vinh) and seven districts:

Càng Long
Châu Thành
Cầu Kè
Tiểu Cần
Cầu Ngang
Trà Cú
Duyên Hải

Besides having mostly Vietnamese, Trà Vinh is populated with many members of the Khmer Krom ethnic group. They are partly members of the old Khmer Empire, later divided under political and historical turmoil.

Châu Phú
Châu Thành
Chợ Mới
Phú Tân
Tân Châu
Thoại Sơn
Tịnh Biên
Tri Tôn

The cities of Long Xuyen (the provincial capital) and Châu Đốc, both of which are located on the Hau Giang branch of the Mekong, exist as independent municipalities

I don't think bro jackbl do cut and paste. Ever seen him having conversation with the viet gals and he can articulate very well on provinces and district.

He is not only vietnam dictionary, I think he also become a vietnam map.
