It depends on whether u have time and effort to find and select the so called right one. If u have then visit VN regularly and get your friend to intro.
It is tiring but to some it is fun, to spend the time and effort to go after a ger, stay together for a year or 2 then find it not suitable and repeat the process again.
If u are pressured to get marry, dun have time, can't regularly visit VN and no friend to intro then agent match make might be for u.
Marriage is a gamble... what seem good might not down the road. Most ppl are blindly in love when started but after marriage, staying together for long, the "freshness" is gone, every horn is out... This is the time for the couple to give and take and most important responsibility.

Maybe just forego the working mother subsidies as weekend family time is important to me.

Bro KT, sudsidies only at most $400 i think.. no worth to sacrifice for family time.. u planning to let ur son go playgroup or wat? Our sons shd be ard same age. I planning to send him go for more interaction with others next jan.

Sending my son to playgroup early means go fighting with others early.
Just a thought to send him to full day school when he turn 3yo.
Also working hard to get him a younger siblings by next year or so... Then close shop

There are many good VB wife but there are bad too. Just luck if you intend to look for those agency. Find someone who had not been to Singapore is still the best. Don't waste time and $ to those so call agency.
I find that in Vietnam, most VB don't interfere or talk much when Men Talking and 男人不坏，女人不爱. Once they come to Singapore several times, they like to interfere in Men Talking and even no respect for some men. I hate those VB.

We had given our advice and opinions...is all up to him...what more can we say...hcm is just 1.5hrs flight time...he could hv just fren any of us who frequent hcm and go together..
