Hi guys!! Just to share, finally got a bto flat!! Woohoo jus to share having viet wife is not all gloomy.. it is just taking diff path from the norm. Perseverance is required!

Same case here, once i have the birth cert i attempted on the next BTO also.
but the waiting is really long and we are staying in rental now,
very difficult to make enough monie.

hi I'm not sure of ur situation. .but lucky my wife can stay with my parents. . thus stay on while waiting for flat to be ready in 4yr..staying rental is like helping other pay their installment. .which I dun like.
buy flat within ur means. .shd be ok to cover..

Yes Yes ... anything need to try .. Got try got chance ... No try ZERO chance ...

I also completed paying the down payment for my bto last Feburary ... So surprise I can get coz ratio is 1:3 .. Kekeke ... 4 years to go ...

Other then BTO, there is SBF..... not sammyboyforum but Sales of Balance Flats which maybe of shorther waiting time and around $100,000 costlier than BTO. But this exercise not so frequent.. this coming end sep dun have.

Now no flat under my name.. but previously had a flat which is transfered to my ex-wife.

Bro, I am in same situation as you. Flat also transferred to ex-wife. Btw, you are applying for bto right? Need to pay resale levy right?

haha same here.. I apply for jul bto also 1:3 lucky to get with decent Q no. Got chance just try.. Like H88 said govt give u dun want meh??!!
