Official bank exchange rates is hovering around 1SGD = 17000 VND.... it is a surprise that a local agent can do it so much higher...

if staying near the area then change there is ok

if staying at district 1 and travel by taxi there to change then doesn't make sense unless changing big amount.

its the 1st time i ever heard other districts having higher rates then CBT and An Dong area.

I went yesterday n the the day before. I was right beside my wife when she help me to change the money .U must be unlucky then. Btw mr volcano this place I have change money many times n their rate sometimes really better then cbt n An dong

Some people says its not girl friendly. I have stayed there before. We have brought girls up and some viet guys from don't know what far far province. Its like a condominium. Don't think we need to pass by the reception when going up our apartment because the reception doesn't seems to work at night. Sorry if my info is wrong. Went there in 2012.
