bro u want a nice n comfy stay, you can consider taking Mayflower Hotel, to me i think its the brother brother hotel to new seasons hotel but its much newer... ask for rm 1001 if its avail, corner rm without any rms next to it... big and spacious also.. price i think is about 950-1000 plus minus i think..

Yeap that is a nice hotel, too! There is 2 more older hotel within the town centre itself that is The Regency and of course the famous Lee Garden! Comfy & nice up to individual....!

hi all bros long time didnt go hatyat since tiger stop flying and have never visited danok some qns hope bros here can help as i looking to go over in dec

1)how to i go to danok from hatyat??
2)last time i used to buy vouchers at hatyat centre for hotels so over at danok is it the same or we just go straight to the hotel??
3)still haven decided on staying how many nights in danok or hatyat as tiger start flying maybe hatyat will become alive again what do u bros recommend?

Answer 1: Book a regular bus to Kuala Lumpur. You can do it at the voucher place. The agent will give you a ticket. It will cost you THB 100. Be at the agent place 30 minutes before the bus departure. You tell the driver that you are going to Danok. Pls get off at the Thai immigration check point.

Answer 2: In Danok, you go straight to the Hotel ( He Jian, New Satit Hotel, Oliver Hotel, Firatel Hotel, Oscar Hotel, old Satit Hotel, KPK Hotel, Grand River Hotel, Hollywood Palace Hotel, Phu Phong Hotel, etc, etc ).

Answer 3: Up to you.

1. No need to book, Hatyai-KL bus and drop off at Danok. There are many regulars Hatyai-Danok minibuses operating. The cost is 50 bahts. There are Hatyai Airport - Danok services, too. Check at the airport counters. May cost a bit more, more convenient. But you get to miss Hatyai.

2. Agreed... just go to the hotel. Mostly you will be drop off, near/opposite Oliver or Oscar. Both stops have return trips to Hatyai.
