Depends how serious the matter you report is. Between 15 to 30min. They'll send down the Auxillary Police to check out first then the boys with the guns and camera man will come down if necessary. Most of the Gong An are friendly people. They're there to help you so talk to them nicely about your problem. You never call before so how you know? No offence but you've been extorted/ripped off.
Next time you come across this kind of problem show them a black face and speak hokien. First words from your mouth ' Kan lin lau bu eh chee bye, then walk away like big brother and they will get the message.that is my style and always get away with it.
Not sure about BBS. But if you are looking for agents In CP to protect your interest . Asia Cheong did a great job for us. The main guy in charge is a seasoned Singaporean there who has a takes no nonsense attitude. It helps as his client's interest will be protected.
My experience was After taking a beauty from Mayflower back to my hotel. Her true self came out. Spent 20-45 mins at a time speaking to her HK suitor in Cantonese. We are talking about 3 separates calls between 11- 1am. Each time, I'm asked to remain silent during the calls. 1 min phone call fine. 20-45 mins! WTF. Each time she will tell me it's her sister checking up on her. At first I pretended I don't know Cantonese. Long story shot it was a horrible experience. And the next morning I didn't give her any tip and she thought she will be smart by claiming her rates to be 1300 instead of 1100. Not wanting to get into a argument I just paid her off. And told Tony from Asia Cheong later that night. He called up Mayflower immediately and handled it. Told me she will be fined a large amount for cheating. At first I wasn't sure if the KTV will really take action against one of their ang pai. All doubts were erased when I received 14 missed calls from the the next day between 5-7pm when I was banging another mei mei. The cheat was just informed of her fined and she was hoping I'll withdraw my complain.
My experience is tony may come across "aggressive" by SG standards but actually he is just being assertive to protect his clients interest. CP is another land unlike SG. Bringing tour courtesy campaign with you will only lead to you being butchered. I'm heading to CP and CA again. I'm definitely sticking with Tony fr Asia Cheong.

To me filing a complaint is almost useless, as all they do is discipline the gal and give me a bunch of apologies and empty promises. They NEVER give you any of the money back (this is CHINA and they take your $ not give it) or offer any type of incentive to return (discount next time, etc..). None of this makes up for your wasted night for her bad service as you are never going to choose her again, and don't care if she's disciplined. If they are really sorry about her behavior they should give some $$$ back or offer a discount on a future visit.
My advice is that as soon as you sense the experience going to crap, cut your losses and let her go at the sitting fee/ short time fee. Otherwise you will be charged overnight fee, have a crappy night, and waste your time complaining to management who will likely turn a deaf ear.

So true! If she doesn't work in this ktv , there are plentiful in cp where she can works. These mommies and gals are so good at acting wonder why they don't into show business .

it is diagonally opposite of Mirathon, the Starbucks and a No.8 Cafe there, that stretch further down.. quite out of the lively area..

Yar it's a bit out of the main area. i think 10-15min walk to miraton. heard they got a recent renovation, so now its 4 stars instead of 3 stars hotel.
i will be planning a trip there in dec and will probably stay there for 1 or 2 nites to check it out. will update again then. of course, if someone is keen to test first, will be even better !!
