As a means of exerting pressure on the CP-PZL girls to always be at the top of their game.

Yes, I think that's the place.

Business there is a fraction of what it is compared to the CP PZL and as such, it is quite hard to even get to the first rung of increased commission payout; this results in a lot less earning for these gals in Feng Gan and many just up and quit.

Its quite hard/expensive for management to fire people in China and this is the method PZL management utilizes to limit their redundancy/firing expenses/possible problems with unwarranted firing etc. But this is at least better than MANY Chinese employers who don't give a damn about laws, social responsibility etc and just totally take advantage of their workers - both during their employment as well as when firing them.

There is three is I remember correctly.

One at fenggang. This is the one which cmi. The reject will be end there. One way to force them to quit.

The other at GZ. Business last heard also no good. They use to send a few batch there temp so that they can train up the gals there to take over.

The lastest is the one set up at HJ. Dun know how it's like. Maybe u can go and try since u always in china. Haha.
