I guess it is the holiday season's pricing. By the way, the new hotel at harbour Bay is now open. Starting from 200k. Pass by 2 days ago. havent reccee inside.

Just to note that Island garden, Utama, Island view belong to the same boss.

He is also the owner of Harbour Bay. Nick is Ah Kow. Use to be a small time boat operator. Very poor. Now, he is rich. He got 2 right hand man, very smart people. And own a few industrial parks too.

Already a year over...like any shopping but consider big mall in term of size....shops usually can bargain...but not Matahari departmental store....what to buy depend on what you want......

Hello bro. Are you sure Goodway Hotel deluxe room rate is SGD 50+-. Last time I went to check rate. The receptionist quoted me SGD 150 leh.
I know there are 2 ayam joint (Sedona & Jungle) behind Goodway Hotel.

Just been to BTM through Batu Ampar last Thursday and Friday. Quite sad that quality has been dropping drastically in BTM comparing with Geylang indo.
Ceweks now aday look fat and old. Hard to see big boobs and young girl at the joints. I scanned through Queen, Permai Indah, Sedona and Jungle. At least Permai Indah still have some presentable young girls.
Any bro know any more joint other than those I mentioned having young chio bu.

Formosa Hotel, rate is SGD 63 / deluxe room per night, incl. breakfast 6:30am - 10am. It is very close to Nagoya Hill. Usually will eat at Nagoya Hill. There is a newly opened cinema with chinese and english movies, ticket Rp15k very cheap. Nagoya Hill is my favourite cheong place in BTM. There are some really trendy shops and restaurants. The best of all at Nagoya Hill you will see many snowy white pretty big boobs local girls. Chances to sian Cha Bo is high, provided you are good at Bahasa Indonesian.
Nagoya Hill is clean and new. It feels like IMM in SG.

I usually spend in total SGD 200 for 2 days 1 night in BTM. Haven't been to any disco there yet, scare kanna polica drug raid.

Go cheong in Nagoya Hills? That’s a shopping mall, where people go and do their shopping, not a fuck shop where you go buy your fuck!!!
There’s more life in Batam then you’ve known, not everywhere in Batam is for you to cheong.
High chance to sian girls in Nagoya Hills? If you don’t respect yourself, please try to respect others, mainly the locals, people go to Nagoya Hills with their GF, wives, kids, families, and you try to sian them? How would you like it if your GF or wife or maybe sister, went to the shopping mall in Sg and some ass holes try to sian or disturb them?
Just be very careful when you cheong in Nagoya Hills the next time, you may end up going back Sg with a free renovation work done on your face.
You want to look for fun with a WL, go to those joints which you’ve mentioned and I can see that you knew them all very well, or go to the discos, where you’ll be surprised to see how nice the FLs are today in Batam.
Worried about drug raids? Let me tell you this, even though if you take drugs, you’ll be quite safe inside the disco cos they are being “covered”, and if you don’t take them, then why to worry?
There’s a place and time for everything, and please always remember this, not every girl in Batam or Indonesia is a hooker, or are looking for a ‘handsome” guy like you to sian them, if they want to have fun, they don’t go to Nagoya Hills but to the disco and night clubs.
You are free to have all your fun but please respect yourself and also others.

Kind of pissed off with the price and forgot to ask whether rooms have teletext. Not even a 2star htl and yet they were quoting S$63. No casino/swimming pool. The only plus I suppose is one could find ktv joints/shopping ctr/makan outlets within reach. Mind u even Harmony Hotel (3-4 star) only command RP300K promo at Kaha ctr.
