I think v salon ok LA, just like any normal neighborhood salon in Sg.. But for s$ 8 for a hair cut n washing is good LA.. Even better than the Korean style $10 hair cut.. The dept store oppo v salon has some good offers tho..

I think everyone has their own preferences.. Actually for the costing in V Salon with Indon Chinese SYT is consider cheap, maybe to us singaporean. .

However, I always visit another salon in BCS for a 40k cut, wash & tonic for hair by a semi Indon syt which consider worthwhile for me

Anyway , the suki mookata opposite utama warehouse has shifted to BCS, beside timezone . It's a bbq cum steamboat buffet. It cost 150k a head when it's at the previous location, don't know if the price has gone up anot?

As far as i know,all the staffs i met all speaks English. Not perfect,but understandable enough for me (i dont speak Bahasa,remember?). Otherwise,just email and patiently wait for a reply.

Why i have that confident to say almost all their staffs i met (in Batam) speaks English,becos i just tested (3 hours ago).

I am just curious why the need to visit Kaha for someone who's very new to Batam? (i did not write that in my basic Batam guide)

Anyway,here's a little better idea (a solution) :

Join Formosa Hotel membership for 400k. I get 450k cash voucher upon joining,i book a deluxe room for 1 night at 510k (weekday) and offset it with my 450k voucher and i top up 60k more. Total i pay 400k + 60k,cheaper than Kaha's 475k/night. I clever or not? Hehehehe...

Another curious question i wish to ask myself,if i make a phone call to Batam,how much is it going to cost me on IDD or international call charges? Add that amount to the hotel room charges,isnt it going to cost more? Why not just book online if i am new to Batam in accordance to my own Batam guide? I am always curious (and stingy).

Tomorrow going to Book ferry to Hourbour Bay.

Actually the one facing Kaha is Harmoni Suites (Jalan Imam Bonjol),near Windsor is Harmoni Apartments & at Batam Centre is Harmoni One..just for better clarification no offence...hope..
