Just curious, me and my friend went to a coffee shop 3 streets away from Nogoya hill (need cross a road). I think opposite center point. There got sell chicken rice, bak kut teh, satay, seafood cooked by malay.

Ordered one fish, one garlic chicken and one hotplate tofu-320k
Order one bottle beer and one orange drink (bottle)- 38k

Just wondering did we kana chop? Feel the price quite expensive. Satay was all right at 20k at 5 stick

Consider ok la bro for that price.last 2 months i ate seafood for 4 person cost 350,000 IDR consists of mussels,baby squid,sambal kangkong,hotplate tofu,n lastly 20 sticks of satay plus 2 round of juice drinks at lingga seafood at harbourbay.me regular there hahahhaha some more disturb the waitress kena pull by the ear by my cewk cos kena catch play eyes wit he beer promoter gals .hahahaha great time.

I was told that they have good quality and provide good service for a very small fee.

you can get very cheap food in nagoya hill/matahari level 3, same level with d cinema, there r many cafes in this level selling food at very cheap price, eg mee rebus for only 5000 rupiah. Satay 5k for 3 sticks.

That's too much! How big was that fish?? One fish usually costs 80k-150k depending on type.
Safe places with fixed prices, in my bule experience (that is, apparently easier to be overcharged): Harbour Bay Wei Wei, all places in Nagoya Hill food street, Windsor ONLY IN SOME STALLS (I've been overcharged once in the seafood stall on the other side from the entrance near the KTV).
If you want to eat cheap, try Santeria between Formosa and Windsor.
Street stalls on Jalan Bonjol in front of Nagoya Hill are good. Also barbecue seafood! Yummy....

Few places that are cheap and good, but must have people who know the place to bring you around.

For zhi char - Hai Ou... open only at night, 545 PM onwards. close on thursdays...

For kopitiam - The one next to astro hotel, opposite top 100 Peniun market.. there are lots of varity of food, and cheap too, all chinese and malay food. There is a satay padang only at nite, also good.

For other food, try foodcourts.

For good sea food, try rejeki, in Batu Besar, best around. But far away.

Just to note that inflation is hurting alot of people here as well. Seafood fish prices at 80-150K is reasonable liao.

Makan in malls are usually the worst taste ever, and high charges as well.

Noticed the disco when we were trying to find happening plcs few months ago. Look like a disco where many youngsters go. will chek it out this time. hope wont get drug out hahaha.

the last time we ask the security guard near the disco for spa, he recommend one , offer to drive us there for 30k. KNN, less then 5 minute reached and just round the corner. but its a clean spa.
