Bro,

It is extremely difficult for yellow card holder to come back to Singapore. need to do an appeal only after one year of her departure from Singapore. You need patience and proper procedure cos the policy is not discourage them from coming back. Good luck, I repeat extreme difficulty.

Yellow cards r issued by govt. to all prostitutes, photo id n thumbprint just like our nric. Required by law to go health checks every 2 weeks..

FYI, yellow card i remember is issued before by Anti Vice mostly to msian non muslim sex workers maybe thai also can, and all their passports have a YC chop. hope i remembered correctly, was told by friends during tcss sessions, if im wrong on some parts, forgive cos was little bit tipsy...n few years ago...

Sad to say bro.. So far I haven't hear any yellow card successful in coming back to Sg..

Illegal work permit or student passes kana caught I also saw them back to sg after 1-2yrs..

Reason is I think the condition in getting a Yellow card is they can't come back sg... I heard it before from someone.. Duno how true.. My friend also have this issue... Appealed for 1yr n still reject..
