you only need around 5-6hrs from changi airport departure to changi airport arrival ... definitely can go and back within a day

1st time to Hcmc and not able to speak Vietnamese...

then the only choice is stay within district 1...many massage places in hotels will provide happy ending(hj only)...or alt u can just search in Wechat n depends on ur luck then.

if want to choose then head down to the pubs in backpacker area.
