This one, you may wish to check with the person/shop you bought it from. If i am not wrong, most TP Link portable USB wireless sim card device (aka Mifi device) should NOT have been locked,unless you bought it directly from starhub/M1/Singtel shop.

Go try it,or at least bring it to the HP shops in Batam to know more (simply ask them to recommend you to buy a sim card,they will try to help you).

bcs the hotel boss has veri chinese traditional mindset kind...younger modern gen ppl cn't take those crab. But it's aso y it has excel ovr mani hotels in btm & yet keep the general price lower than others....lol

compare 2 three star hotel reception manager salary in btm wit the 1 u talking abt,the one wit the stricter boss pays the highest...lol,so they've no problem finding staffs...lol...but the new staffs turnover rate is quite high.

Yea,i will be distributing red packet this coming CNY 2018,hehehe...thats why i buy so many of them.

When i say i am distributing RED PACKETs,i am distributing it in the number of 10s to 20s in a pack to one person,so that they can put money in it in just one of them and give it to me during CNY 2018 when i am in Batam.

Hmm...i just realize this thread is 2 year old TODAY...hehehe...please allow me to go out of topic a little. Safe and sound,this thread has move on peacefully for the last 2 years. I changed my mind (about going out of topic),hehehe... i just learn that when i got back from Batam this month, i could get the non-increased price Horizon ferry ticket at S$48 instead paying the usual S$60 during CNY.

Non-increased price ticket is available at Horizon counter,Singapore now (upon walk-in). The price list above is just posted for my later reference,and NOT FROM Horizon Fast ferry itself.
